1. update cli_boostrap.py example;
1.1. allow to force whl_cache update;
not reset;
1.2. log more command calls, before executing them;
2. update oom_firefox,
to produce some logs;
2.1. still not practical solution,
since tabs crash very fast,
and no integration with the browser,
to say extensions killing,
which happens still for some reason;
3. reuse pr34_logging.setup();
